Maintaining Humidity Levels During Winter Months
January 05, 2009Please remember that maintaining humidity levels above 30% in our animal facilities during the winter months is challenging, especially during extreme cold periods. The ULAR veterinary staff has not detected any clinical problems in the animals as a result of low humidity, however we also recognize that there may be certain types of research that may be affected. If you have concerns about this, please contact one of the ULAR veterinarians for further information.
